Refund Policy

15-Day Returns
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason, including opened or used items. This applies to all products in our store.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@modernexhome.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, we cover the cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@modernexhome.com.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 15-day return window already covers this.
