Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

EUK orders arrive within 7–10 working days. Delivery to Europe and Australia usually takes 7–15 working days. Delivery can take a little longer during Black Friday and Christmas.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to update.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at info@modernexhome.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country.
